Personally I have always had anxiety problems, this is partly to the gender role of "Girls do not play that or do not play with boys because they are going to get dirty."


Over the years I have realized that there are some things that calm a little anxiety situations for me.


1. THE SKY

My favorite activity in this life is to see the sky, I fall good or bad if you invite me to see the sky in the end I will grab you love. I have always thought it is like a canvas in which extremely talented artists paint and full of passion. Seeing the sky fixes the bad days. Get on the last floor of an open parking lot or your house or simply see through your window, the truth is that not many realize how beautiful the sky is.



2. MUSIC

I love listening to music, I have always thought that it is one of the most beautiful things in the world. Most of the time you'll find me using headphones because I am listening to some song, singing one or both. But if there is something that I love more than listening to music from my fav. singers, it's listening to live acoustic music. I love music before being it's production and in a natural style. In my university there is a music career and whenever I can I go there to listen to the students to play or sing.


3. NETFLIX AND CHILL

I say this literally, I prefer a thousand times to stay in my bed with my cat and a hot chocolate watching Netflix, go out and drown all my sorrows in alcohol. From that life I already got a lot and it was not as fun as they paint it, at least for me. I'm also talking about watching anime, YouTube, Disney+, etc.


4. CLIMBING

Exercise help with stress and that is scientifically proven. Although in my case, I am afraid of heights but I like to climb and that itself is already a conflictive situation but my point is, look for your sport. It took me 19 years to find mine. It is not an easy or fast process.


5. ORGASMS

No explination needed.
